Group Events: Teach Many at Once
One session. Up to 100 attendees. Host a class, workshop, or webinar — set your price per seat, promote it on the news feed, and get paid when it's done.
What Is a Group Event?
A group event is a scheduled video session where many people join the same call. Instead of booking you one-on-one, each attendee reserves a seat. You set the date, the time, the price per seat, and how many seats are available — up to 100.
It is the fastest way to earn more per hour on NexProLink: the same 60 minutes that earns one client's fee in a private session can earn the seat price from dozens of attendees at once.
What People Host
Real examples of group events that work well
Training Courses
A real estate investor teaches a 90-minute deal-analysis class to 40 students at $25 a seat — $1,000 for one session.
Workshops & Webinars
Marketing workshops, resume clinics, tax-prep seminars, coding bootcamps — anything you can teach to a room.
Recurring Classes
Weekly fitness coaching, monthly investor meetups, or a standing office-hours session for your community.
Paid Q&A Sessions
Let a group of clients ask you questions live — an affordable entry point that introduces people to your one-on-one services.
How It Works
Create the Event
Go to your Profile, open Service Offerings, and create a service with the Group Event type. Set your title, date, price per seat, and seat count.
Attendees Reserve Seats
Clients book a seat and pay. Each booking holds one of your available seats — when seats run out, the event shows as full.
Host the Session
Everyone joins the same video call at the scheduled time. Share your screen, teach, and take questions.
Get Paid
After the session, payments are captured and your earnings head to your Stripe account — minus the 15% platform fee.
For Attendees
Reserve a Seat
Find the event on the consultant's profile, pick it, and pay. Your seat is confirmed instantly.
Join on Time
The join button appears in your Appointments page before the session starts. Join a few minutes early.
Cancel If Needed
The standard cancellation policy applies: full refund 48+ hours before, half refund 24–48 hours, no refund under 24 hours. Your seat is released when you cancel.
Common Questions
How many people can join a group event?
Up to 100 attendees per event. You choose your seat limit when you create it — anywhere from a small class to a full room.
What happens if an attendee cancels?
Their seat is released back into your available count automatically, so someone else can book it.
How do people find my event?
It appears on your profile like any service. Post about it on the news feed to drive traffic — your followers see it and can book directly.
Do attendees pay the same cancellation rules?
Yes. The platform-wide policy applies: 100% refund at 48+ hours, 50% at 24–48 hours, no refund under 24 hours.
Ready to Fill a Room?
Create your first group event from your profile — then post about it on the news feed and watch the seats fill up.
