Troubleshooting

Camera or microphone not working?

Check browser permissions, close other apps using camera/mic, restart browser. See our detailed troubleshooting guide for step-by-step fixes.

Poor video quality or freezing?

Check internet speed (minimum 1 Mbps for audio, 5 Mbps for HD video). Close bandwidth-heavy apps, move closer to WiFi router, or use an ethernet cable.

Using a VPN?

Turn it off before your session — on phone or computer. VPNs can block the video call from loading or cause the join page to hang. This applies to everyone, including patients joining a telehealth visit through a link.

Can hear but cannot see video?

Check if your camera is covered by a privacy shutter, or being used by another app (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Re-enable camera permissions in browser settings.

Ready for Your First Call?

Test your camera and microphone before your session for the best experience.
