Common Questions

Is my card information safe?

Yes. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on NexProLink servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest security standard in payment processing.

Can I save multiple cards?

Yes! Check "Save this card" during checkout. You can manage saved cards and set a default from the booking flow.

Why was my card declined?

Common reasons: insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect CVV, or bank fraud protection. Contact your bank or try a different card. See our "Payment Failed" troubleshooting guide for detailed help.

Are international cards accepted?

Yes. We accept cards from most countries through Stripe. Your bank may charge international transaction fees depending on your location.
