Program Name: NexProLink SMS Notifications

Operated by: NexProLink, Inc. — a professional video consultation platform connecting users with service professionals for scheduled and on-demand sessions.

Purpose: NexProLink sends SMS text messages to users who have explicitly opted in, for the following transactional purposes:

• Appointment Reminders — Notifications about upcoming scheduled video consultation sessions
• Session Join Codes — Secure alphanumeric codes (e.g., ABC-1234) that users enter to connect with their service professional
• Booking Confirmations — Confirmation that a session has been successfully scheduled
• Session Updates — Notifications if a session is rescheduled or cancelled by the professional

NexProLink does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.

Users must provide explicit, affirmative consent before receiving any SMS messages from NexProLink. Consent is obtained through the following workflow:

Important: The SMS consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Users may use NexProLink and all its features without opting in to SMS. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any NexProLink service. Consent is never assumed, pre-checked, or bundled with other agreements.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the number of consultation sessions you schedule. Typical users receive 1–5 SMS messages per month. You will never receive more than 2 messages per scheduled session (one reminder + one join code).

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

You may opt out of NexProLink SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

After opting out, you will not receive any further SMS messages from NexProLink unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS does not affect your NexProLink account or in-app notifications.

NexProLink is committed to protecting your personal information:

• Phone numbers are never sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Phone numbers are collected only for the purpose of sending transactional SMS notifications related to your scheduled sessions.
• Phone numbers are never purchased or imported from external lists or data brokers.
• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
• NexProLink complies with applicable federal and state regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and device compatibility.

NexProLink SMS is supported on all major US carriers. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan.
